For manufacturing defective items:
Modeler’s happy and satisfy is always our primary concern. If the item you received has manufacturing defects, please contact us first and we will provide you several ways to solve it quickly.
All the engines are warranted by RCGF USA LLC. Once confirm the defects, please send the whole engine back to us, we will arrange to send a new one for you once we get the old one and afford the shipping cost.
Items damaged by abuse or misuse or other user reasons can be returned for repair or replacement, but we will charge for it as additional service.
For engine and parts damaged during shipment
This case is rare. Once received damaged items caused by shipment, please do contact us within a week in original package.
We need you to offer photos or videos about the damage, once confirmed we will send the new one ASAP.
Before sign on the waybill, please open the package and inspect the item carefully. You can refused to sign for the parcel and notice us if any damage was found.
Engine and engine parts returns
Products items purchased less than 30 days will free return if it’s brand new, no short parts and does not affect a second sales.
Customers will need to afford both the shipping cost to return the engine back to us ,and also the shipping cost which RCGF USA delivered to customer.
Items purchased over 30 days cannot be returned. If there is any problem, you can contact RCGF USA for service. Notice: Before all returns please contact us first and offer defective photos or videos to help us to confirm the case. After our confirmation , then you can send the engine back to us.

If you are not happy with the product you buy from rcgfusa.com, you may return it back. Please contact our customer service for further instruction.
This must be done within 30 days of the purchase and the product must be in new condition with original packaging and all included accessories. Our service centers do not accept crash damaged parts or items that have been modified.
Items purchased over 30 days cannot be returned. If there is any fault, you can contact us and return it to original manufacturer and pay for the repair fee.
